Interactive, action-based virtual classes for young adults with disabilities, individuals navigating life challenges, and neurotypical participants. Every class. One action step. Real results.

All classes are virtual and open to the general public. Published fees apply equally to all participants.
Real-world independence, one step at a time.
Each session tackles one real-world independent living skill — budgeting, managing a lease, cooking, handling bills, and more. You leave with one clear action step to practice before the next class. Return, share what happened, and earn prizes for completing your challenge. This class is for anyone ready to build the practical skills that make independent living possible.
Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
Building real connections, one step at a time.
Building and keeping friendships is a skill — and this class treats it like one. Each session focuses on one social strategy to practice in the real world during the week. Participants return and share their experiences openly with the group. Whether you are working on starting conversations, maintaining relationships, or simply showing up more in your community, this class gives you the tools and the community to grow.
Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
Confidence, connection, and community.
Navigating dating, social settings, and community engagement can feel overwhelming — this class breaks it down into one manageable, practice-ready skill each week. Topics range from communication and boundaries to confidence in social situations and building a life you want to share with others. Participants practice their weekly action step in the real world, then return to share their results with the group.
Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
Discover your strengths. Define your direction.
A strengths-based self-discovery experience that helps young adults identify who they are, what they are good at, and where they want to go. Each session focuses on one area of self-exploration — values, strengths, interests, work style, or career direction — and ends with one concrete action step to reflect on or try during the week. This class is designed to complement, not duplicate, formal vocational rehabilitation services.
Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
Stuck? This is your reset.
For young adults who feel stuck — this class is the reset. Each week focuses on one specific barrier that keeps people from moving forward: fear, avoidance, perfectionism, lack of direction, or simply not knowing where to start. Participants identify their personal version of the barrier, take one action step to push through it during the week, and return to share what happened. Real talk, real progress, real prizes.
Open to all young adults. No prerequisites required.
